What this job involves:

The EHS Engineer must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.

What your day-to-day will look like:

负责对内部设施管理团队的日常作业活动进行EHS合规性培训监督与监管确保所有操作符合国家法律法规及公司EHS标准

全面管理园区内各分包商如保洁维修施工物流等的安全行为包括日常培训入场前安全资质审核作业许可审批现场巡查违章纠正及绩效评估

负责生产区域产生的化学品及危险废弃物HW的全流程管理包括分类识别与临时存储合规性检查内部转运过程的安全监督与记录危废台账登记标签管理及协助联单填报协调有资质的第三方单位完成危废出区转移并确保手续完整可追溯

定期开展EHS现场检查隐患排查与整改跟踪推动设施管理相关作业的持续改进

参与事故/未遂事件调查分析根本原因制定纠正预防措施并验证有效性

支持应急预案编制与演练特别是涉及化学品泄漏火灾触电等场景的设施团队协同响应

维护EHS管理体系文件确保设施管理的相关活动符合ISO 14001环境ISO 45001职业健康安全及地方环保/安监要求

与内部质量/生产/工程部门保持有效沟通确保EHS信息畅通合规闭环

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

本科及以上学历

3年以上生产园区的EHS管理经验

熟悉国家安全生产法固体废物污染环境防治法危险废物贮存污染控制标准GB 18597等法规要求

具备危险废弃物全流程管理实操经验了解危废代码分类贮存规范转移联单制度及地方环保平台申报流程

熟悉高风险作业许可制度PTWLOTOJSA等安全管理工具

能独立开展安全培训现场稽查事故调查及合规审计

具备良好的沟通协调能力能有效管理分包商并推动安全文化落地

熟练使用办公软件能编制检查报告培训材料及合规台账

原则性强责任心高具备较强的风险识别与推动力

能适应现场巡检必要时进入洁净室机房化学品暂存区等工作区域

Required Skills and Experience:

良好的英语读写能力

有MNC工作经验尤佳
