Defines and drives implementation of solution governance and process frameworks for portfolio legal compliance and legislative mandates. Ensures portfolio adherence and alignment between product revenue IT managed service delivery legal compliance and procurement teams including suppliers to Diebold Nixdorf and manages cross-functional participation in solution roadmap and process management and strategic alignment sessions.



Responsibilities
  • Within assigned area of responsibility defines processes policies and implements continuous improvement for portfolio compliance.
  • Communicates with key stakeholders educating them on processes standards requirements and governance.
  • Remains current with legislative and compliance requirements (for example Accessibility Standards DORA NIS2 PII etc.) and translates those mandates into portfolio roadmap compliance.
  • Drives adoption and governance of processes.
  • Works with software product and other relevant stakeholders to ensure adherence to relevant standards and address process procedural or other questions and concerns.
  • Collaborates with leadership service software product management and other stakeholders to develop and publish the service portfolio and roadmap.
  • Partners with Services and other Product Management teams to ensure adherence to lifecycle governance processes and ensure go to market readiness.
  • Participates in and / or coordinates roadmap and strategic alignment sessions.
  • Manages and governs the service offering change management process relative to new or revised mandates.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Degree diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Software and/or Managed Services Portfolio Enablement and Governance.
  • Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
  • Experience working with managed services portfolio offerings (product management go-to-market project management etc.).
  • Legal or paralegal experience desired.
  • Financial services and/or banking experience.

Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position is 10900.00 PLN Gross to 15600.00 PLN Gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications skills competencies geographic location and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
