Role Title: Development Project Manager
Salary: 53933 - 67416 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience) plus a Car Allowance of 2329 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Location: Mariner House Dartford with hybrid working
Were currently looking for a Development Project Manager to join our team!
Youll be responsible for providing an effective project management serviced for the delivery of new homes to Moat that our customers are proud of. Youll be project managing the delivery of mixed tenure homes in our development pipeline from contract start to handover to the highest possible quality in line with all statutory requirements.
Were looking for someone who has experience in the post contract stages of delivery of multi tenure housing development and/or regeneration through a range of construction contracts has knowledge of Homes England and Greater London Authority funding systems and can recognise and mitigate construction defects. Its also essential that you have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
