Job Summary

Full Time Permanent - 37 hours per week

Therole holderwillprovide a full arrears recovery service and aim to exceed challenging performance targets for the collection of tenancy arrears and recharges. You willprepare all documentation for legal proceedingsandprovide representation in the County Court for the recovery of arrears and attend evictions as willalsoliaise with internal teams and external partner agenciesmaintainrecords on the Housing Managementsystemandassistin the review of policiesandprocedures relating to rent arrearsrechargesand other tenant debts.

You will havepreviouspractical experience of customer services housing incomecollectionor a related discipline alongside experience of working in a targetdriven will haveanunderstandingof issues facing local communities anda good working knowledgeofwelfare of working in social housing is desirable though not essential. You should havestrong communicationskills with the confidence torepresentat Court andthe ability to develop effective relationships with customers. Excellent planning andorganisationskills as well as the ability to work under pressureareessential.
