Security Solutions Sales Executiveis a high-impact hunter-style role focused to drive new business and expand existing client relationships by selling integrated security solutions. This individual will be responsible for identifying and closing opportunities by leveraging our suite of mobile guarding remote guarding technology solutions service and support. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology sales professional with a consultative approach and a passion for showcasing client values.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $75000-$80000 Annually

  • Monthly Vehicle Allowance: $840.00

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive new business growth by identifying qualifying and closing high-margin sales opportunities.

  2. Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

  3. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our remote guarding mobile guarding and security technologies.

  4. Engage in consultative selling needs and tailor solutions that showcase clear business value.

  5. Work closely with the Vice President of Client solutions and the Area Vice Presidents to align sales strategies with client needs.

  6. Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to commercialize new solutions and drive go-to-markets success.

  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

  8. Conduct consultative sales meetings to assess client security needs and recommend customized solutions.

  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM systems.

  10. Stay current on industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies.

  11. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in technology sales preferable in security surveillance or SaaS environments.

  • Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated expertise in prospecting and lead generation.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technology solutions.

  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced autonomous environment.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred

  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel within the Northeast Region.
