YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE
As a Working Student CRM (all genders) you will support our CRM team in planning and executing data-driven customer communication. You will gain hands-on experience in CRM campaign execution customer segmentation reporting and data analysis while learning how modern CRM and marketing automation tools are used in practice.
You will work closely with experienced CRM and marketing colleagues contribute to creative communication concepts and develop a strong understanding of Tech Marketing and Analytics in a real business environment. The role offers the opportunity to learn and grow step by step while actively contributing to impactful CRM initiatives.
In detail you will take on the following tasks:
- Support the CRM team in the planning execution and optimization of CRM and marketing campaigns
- Help maintain and further develop the CRM setup and communication flows
- Prepare and analyze customer and campaign data including reports and performance insights
- Support A/B testing customer segmentation targeting and personalization initiatives
- Contribute to data quality documentation and the optimization of customer journeys
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- You are currently studying business administration marketing communications or a related field
- You work in a structured and detail-oriented way and enjoy working with data reports and spreadsheets
- You have very good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and use them confidently for reporting and basic analyses
- You bring strong written and professional communication skills and enjoy working on customer-facing content
- You are motivated to learn and grow in the areas of Tech Marketing and Analytics
- First experience with CRM or marketing tools (e.g. Braze Salesforce Emarsys) is a plus
- You have very good English skills; German or French is a plus
