To strengthen our Customer Support Team were looking for a motivated working student who enjoys communication and direct customer interaction.
Tasks
Your Role
As part of our Customer Support team youll be in direct contact with winemakers from around the world especially from Italy and Spanish-speaking regions. Youll support them in their daily work with our software and help ensure a great customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Direct customer support via email chat and calls
- Communicating with winemakers primarily in Italian
- Supporting the daily operations of our support team
- Gathering feedback and helping improve our support processes
- Acting as a friendly and reliable point of contact for our customers
Requirements
What You Bring
- Fluent Italian (C1/C2 level)
- Spanish skills are a strong plus
- Strong communication skills and an open friendly personality
- No fear of direct customer contact
- A proactive solution-oriented mindset
