Job Summary

Job Summary:

- 100% remote position; applicants must reside in the Pittsburgh area
- No sponsorship available
- Design develop and maintain custom plugins workflows and extensions for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
- Configure and extend Dataverse entities forms views and security roles
- Build and support Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas) and Power Automate flows
- Design and support API-based integrations using Azure and middleware services
- Implement and maintain DocuSign ISV integrations within Dynamics 365
- Collaborate with QA Business and Architecture teams to deliver scalable high-quality solutions
- Support testing deployments and post-release issue resolution across environments
- Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years experience in D365 CE development
- Strong experience with Dataverse and C# plugin development
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps Power Automate DevOps testing
- Experience with Azure DevOps (preferred)
- Experience integrating D365 with external systems via REST APIs
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
- Solid understanding of D365 data structures workflows and security models
