Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Moderator to support live in-home camera data collection. This is a hands-on field role involving device setup Linux-based troubleshooting and detailed technical reporting while working closely with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up calibrate and validate cameras and laptops in live field environments
Perform real-time troubleshooting using Linux/terminal and system logs
Document and escalate technical issues with logs and performance details
Support pilot runs and complex live data collection sessions

Required Skills:

Experience in field operations or live data collection (hardware/cameras/sensors)
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix terminal commands and log analysis
Basic knowledge of Python Excel and Google Sheets
Strong hardware troubleshooting skills (cameras laptops peripherals)
Ability to work calmly in live fast-paced environments

Preferred:

Experience with engineering teams data quality checks metadata or ETL

Note:
This is not a remote IT or helpdesk role. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in live data collection scenarios.
