We are hiring CNA and HHA caregivers experienced with Alzheimers and dementia care to provide calm one-on-one support for seniors living at home.

If you are patient compassionate and confident supporting memory-care clients this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working with a supportive care team.

Clients are located within approximately 30 minutes of your home and we work to match caregivers with cases that fit their strengths and schedules.

Pay & Schedule

Starting pay $17.00 per hour with higher pay depending on client care level
Full-time and part-time positions available
Flexible shifts: days evenings or nights
Some weekend availability may be required
Cases located near your home whenever possible

What Youll Do

Provide 1:1 in-home dementia care helping clients maintain comfort dignity and safety.

Responsibilities may include:

Supporting daily routines such as grooming bathing dressing and toileting
Mobility assistance and safe transfers
Wandering prevention and safe-home practices
Meal preparation hydration support and medication reminders
Structured activities and cognitive engagement
Providing calm reassurance and redirection during moments of confusion
Updating care notes through our caregiver app
Communicating compassionately with family members

Requirements

Applicants must have:

Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification
Current CPR certification
Valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable vehicle
Ability to travel to client homes

Experience supporting individuals with Alzheimers or dementia (home care facility or family caregiving) is preferred.

Work Location

Care is provided in person in clients homes throughout the Jacksonville and Clay County area.
