Seeking an experienced SAP Logistics/TM Consultant to support the global implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA at our Minneapolis MN plant as part of a broader global implementation effort. This site is preparing for a go-live in May 2026 and we are looking for a consultant to join the team immediately to lead the transition to S/4 HANA including driving TM and Logistics processes as well as developing testing and training activities before during and after deployment. The consultant will report directly to the Site ERP Lead and Process Mgr and play a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate system transition from legacy SAP to S/4HANA including integration user acceptance and regression testing.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for go-live.
Provide post-go-live support for approximately 2 months to ensure system stability and user adoption.
Act as a liaison between the site team and central ERP implementation team.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to logistics processes in SAP.
