Job Summary

Mars is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Sr. SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Implementation Consultant to play a pivotal role in a major high-profile strategic initiative. This position is strictly focused on driving the complex SAP CFIN integration between Kellanova and Mars.

As an expert in Central Finance you will be the driving force behind aligning financial data and processes across both organizations. You will own the technical and functional aspects of the CFIN landscape ensuring a seamless accurate and highly optimized financial integration.

Key Responsibilities

System Setup & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end setup and deployment of the SAP CFIN environment to support the Kellanova and Mars integration.
System Mapping: Design and execute complex system and data mapping between legacy source systems and the target SAP S/4HANA CFIN architecture.
System Configuration: Perform hands-on expert-level system configuration tailored strictly to the business and financial reporting requirements of the newly integrated entities.
Data Migration & Load: Manage and execute complex data replication processes specifically overseeing the retain load and initial load execution to ensure absolute data integrity.
Integration Management: Focus fully on CFIN integrations collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data harmonization issues and ensure seamless connectivity.

Required Qualifications

S/4HANA Seniority: 10 years of senior-level hands-on experience within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.
CFIN Expertise: Subject matter expert in SAP Central Finance. You must have a minimum of 2 full lifecycle CFIN implementations under your belt.
Core Finance Modules: Deep functional expertise across standard SAP Finance modules including:
- FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling)
- GL (General Ledger) & PR (Purchase Requisitions / Procure-to-Pay processes)
- Treasury
Hyper-Focused Execution: Proven ability to remain strictly focused on the nuances of CFIN implementations and high-volume financial data integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience and strong functional knowledge of SAP COPA (Profitability Analysis).
Prior experience navigating large-scale mergers acquisitions or enterprise-level entity integrations.
