We are seeking a brilliant Intern for our Procurement Organization. We are looking for under grads Bachelors Degree in Science Technical Engineering or Mathematics with accredited universities.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the sourcing team in terms of execution of projects.
Support the Project Procurement Manager Procurement Manager and sourcing team.
Manage reports & email correspondence with partners & clients from Taiwan / China.
Help with the generation of reports collection of data and coordinating with the other team members or stakeholders.
Attend and participate in meetings when required.
Help to contact third parties and suppliers as well as helping to source for items that is required by the project.
Participate in GEV and sourcing initiatives.
Requirements:
Students pursuing Bachelors or Masters Degree in Science Technical Engineering or Mathematics with accredited universities.
Internship period of 6 to 12 months (a must)
Bilingual in Chinese and English (preferred not a must) both written and spoken
Ability to attend to office 3 days per week at least throughout the internship.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office especially in Excel and Power Point
