Job Summary

Job Description:

Prepare and finalize term sheets and commercial proposals with prospective lessees licensees and purchasers
Draft review and negotiate Lease Deeds Leave & License Agreements and related transactional documents
Coordinate stamp duty payment registration and statutory compliances under Maharashtra laws
Ensure compliance with MahaRERA municipal regulations and fire/occupation norms
Advise the commercial team on day-to-day legal clarifications compliances and ancillary documentation.
