Job Description

Lead the design development and delivery of fullstack applications leveraging modern frontend and backend technologies. Drive technical excellence mentor engineers and ensure scalable secure and high performing solutions across cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop fullstack applications using Python for backend and React for frontend
Lead and mentor a team of engineers ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
Collaborate with product managers UX designers and cloud engineers to deliver end to end solutions
Implement CICD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments across environments
Optimize application performance security and scalability on Azure cloud
Conduct code reviews provide technical guidance and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Ensure integration of AIdriven features where applicable leveraging Azure OpenAI and related services

Required Skills Frameworks

Proficiency in Python for backend development FastAPI Flask
Expertise in frontend technologies React HTML CSS JavaScript
Experience with cloud platforms Azure preferred and containerization Docker Kubernetes
Knowledge of CICD tools Azure DevOps GitHub Actions
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration
Experience with AIML integration and orchestration tools LangChain Azure AI Foundry
Excellent leadership and communication skills
