- Shift: Monday Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM
Position Summary
The Assembler is responsible for assembling testing troubleshooting and resolving issues across multiple product lines. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude attention to detail and the ability to follow manufacturing processes while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components across all product lines using correct tools and fixtures
- Test assembled products to ensure quality and functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly and testing
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Identify components and apply proper rework techniques when required
- Operate equipment and set mechanical tolerances and dimensions
- Create and maintain accurate labor records for all transactions
- Apply Manufacturing System principles to support continuous improvement

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Education: Bachelors degree or Technical degree required
