Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of previous shop experience the ability to perform most standard bike repairs with suspension experience being a plus be familiar with ski/snowboard mounting and tuning have strong customer service skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. This position may also require time spent on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Passion for cycling and snow sports
- Self-motivated learner with a high level of attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience with mechanical systems present on bicycles and skis.
- Ability to correctly use basic tools
- Top-notch customer service skills and ability to always jump in with enthusiasm to help customers
- 1-2 years of previous shop experience
