Role Overview
We are seeking two Mid-Level Software Engineers (23 years experience) who are eager to grow into a leadership track. The right candidates will have strong fundamentals in software engineering solid problem-solving skills and a commitment to writing maintainable high-quality code. This role emphasizes skills over specific technologies so adaptability communication and a product mindset matter most.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design development and delivery of software solutions.
- Write clean reusable and maintainable code following best practices (SOLID design patterns testing).
- Debug and resolve issues supporting the team in delivering stable software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM QA DevOps clients) to ensure smooth execution.
- Participate in and contribute to code reviews.
- Brainstorm and propose enhancements to improve user experience and system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 23 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong understanding of software design principles (SOLID design patterns).
- Experience working with modern programming ecosystems (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with a pixel-perfect mindset when required.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and project contexts.
