Job Summary

About the Role

As a result of resurgent growth we are seeking to appoint anOperationsManagerfor the day-to-day leadership and support of our Brisbane-based recruitment team specialising in skilled and semi-skilled blue collar. Directly reporting to the GeneralManagerSalesyou will act as a coordinator and mentor to build inspire and influence a team of recruitment consultants primarily responsible for order fulfilment of both temporary and permanent positions across South-East your leadership capacity you will provide hands-on recruitment expertise training and guidance to ensure the highest level of service delivery consultant practice and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General ManagerSales to develop and execute the Regional Business Plan
  • Drive and coach performance to achieve individual and team KPIs milestones and targets that are reflective of the financial growth and performance objectives in the business plan
  • Implement and execute the latest and best recruitment methodologies that are proven in the skilled and semi-skilled blue collar specialisation
  • Ensure professional excellence and superior levels of customer service and account management with an emphasis on safety solutions and continuous improvement
  • Drive and inspire your team to conduct activities and build relationships that brand them as Trades specialists
  • Exemplify and lead the RPR Trades Values when working with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Actively participate in the RPR Trades Leadership team to support strategic and operational goals of the company

About You

  • 2 years of working in a Team Leader or Management role within a blue collar recruitment business
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver both individual and team performance outcomes
  • Lead by example influence and encourage others to take responsibility for their behaviours and actions.
  • Set the standard for working with high energy urgency efficiency and effectiveness
  • Sponsor and develop others to reinforce a highly attractive sustainable and supportive workplace culture and environment.
