The Role

The Fidelity Institutional Technology (FIT) group is looking for a highly motivated self-driven systems analyst to be part of its diverse globally distributed team of IT professionals responsible for the development and maintenance of Fidelitys Institutional Client Platforms and Products in the rapidly growing and evolving Wealth Management space.

The focus of this position will involve analysis and support of managed discretionary solutions products and tools. The systems analyst will need to collaborate extensively with other teams within the same product area and domain as well as across the enterprise partnering with a varied set of business and technology partners. They will be a key member of a delivery team and will be actively involved in all aspects of the technical product vision and design. The individual will gain a deep end-to-end understanding of the existing managed applications and business to assist in developing requirements and design for updated and emerging technology solutions.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 810 years of IT Systems Analysis; financial services experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban and formal documentation processes.

  • Bachelors degree (technology-related field preferred).

  • Expertise in API development/testing SQL AWS UI design data design AI prompting and workflow automation.

  • Strong analytical facilitation and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment with multiple integrations.

  • Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams.

  • Technical problem solver in fast-paced environments.

The Team

FIT exists to enable our business partners to win their respective marketplaces by crafting building and maintaining the technology platforms and products of Fidelitys Institutional business units. The FI Wealth Management Domain sits within FIT. The Managed & Advisory Solutions team that is part of the broader Wealth Management Domain team has a focus on creating & supporting the products that enable managed product distribution (both on and off platform).

In this role youll work in Fidelity Institutional (FI) to provide systems analysis support on the fast-paced Managed & Advisory Solutions team. Youll make a large impact on the organization by helping solve for and drive solutions to complex and important business problems for our clients.
