Job Summary

In-Process quality Inspector is responsible to ensure the Quality management system is being followed in the plant and good parts are being shipped to customers.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Hands on experience in Measuring Instruments
Ability to read and understand Drawing specifications and standards - Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD & T)
Experience in Data collection monitoring of daily rejection trend and problem-solving techniques like 8D 7QC tools
Participating in CFT activities - Problem solving Process Evaluation etc.
Experience in Layered Process audits Safety Audits process audit product audits & Dock audits.
Attitude to learn in new process initiatives / improvements.
Experience using CMM (Co-ordinate Measuring Machine)
Knowledge of Quality Tools (Control Charts Run charts Statistical Process Control Gage R & R Calibration)
Hands on experience in SAP - QM module

Schedule/Travel Requirements

Ability to Work in shifts

Job Requirements & Qualifications (Mandatory requirement)

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Key Competencies

Action Oriented
Timely Decision Making
Functional/Technical Skills PPAP PFMEA Control plan SPC CMM.
Problem Solving 8D Analysis 7 QC tools
Soft skills like Microsoft Excel Power point etc
