Job Summary
Position SummaryManage all student medical forms and medical administration forms. Provide first aid and minor medical care to children in the program as necessary. Ensure that the program has sufficient first-aid Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain all student medical forms and teachers staff and food service of allergies or other first aid to students if medications as authorized by students emergency medical situations that may arise with all required documentation for the State of CT and Sacred Heart duties as Skills Abilities & Other AttributesCT Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good degree preferred. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is organizational and record-keeping skills. Extremely high integrity and interpersonal and communication skills. Three years of experience working with children and/or in a school or camp to Horizons SHU Working ConditionsThis is a seasonal summer program position. Staff are required to attend all training professional learning onboarding programming community events and clean-up/reporting is a full-day Days generally run 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 days are8:00 a.m. - 4:00 of Program:Training week: 6/22 through 6/26/26Program Days: 6/29 through 8/7/26Clean-up & Reporting Days: 8/10 & 8/11/26
