These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.As part of the Salesforce Consulting team you will lead the delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions that meet client needs. As a Tech Lead Salesforce You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce addition you will supervise develop and coach teams maintaining exceptional deliverables while managing client accounts and driving engagement workstreams.

You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. What You Must Have
Masters in IT.
Actively holding the Salesforce Certification
Good communication and listening skills in French English and Arab
Experienced in the development cycle including design programming testing and implementation and documentation
Demonstrating extensive experience with Salesforce platform
An eye for performance scalability and future compatibility
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Developer with a passion for IT and new technologies
Minimum of 7 years experience in software development
Minimum of 4 years experience with Salesforce Development including Lightning Components APEX SOQL SOSL PAD Methodology
Minimum of 2 years experience on the Salesforce Lightning Platform including Flows Process Builder Workflows Lightning App Builder etc.
Minimum of 2 years experience with Web Application Development including JavaScript CSS and HTML
Minimum of 1 year experience with Agile user stories features story points etc.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with Technical Architecture for
Minimum of 1 year of experience with development tools including SF Dataloader or Workbench or release Management (Deployment / RSSI)
Ability to work creatively and flexibly both independently and as part of a team.

The following technical skills are required:
Object-oriented programming in -C#
Experience with programming web applications.
HTML JavaScript Web services AngularJS ReactJS etc.
Eclipse or Visual Studio or other IDE.
Service-oriented architecture (WCF Web Services).

Talent MuleSoft or UX/UI Salesforce Dev (Experience Cloud for instance
