Job Summary:

As the Group Regulatory Change Manager you will provide Line 2 regulatory change management support across the HUB24 Group. The role will partner with the business helping to ensure the delivery of compliant business outcomes by providing expert guidance and support on regulatory developments and change implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess regulatory developments to determine applicability and impact to the HUB24 Group

  • Translate regulatory developments into clear and actionable guidance to the business

  • Manage daily regulatory change activities by coordinating workflows tracking deadlines and maintaining change artefacts registers and implementation evidence

  • Perform post implementation reviews for significant regulatory change programs

  • Coordinate regulatory updates to stakeholders including preparation and issuance of a regulatory change newsletter

  • Provide practical compliance guidance to the business to support operational implementation of regulatory change

  • Manage obligations arising from new or amended regulatory change ensuring timely implementation and transition to BAU ownership

  • Monitor incidents breaches and complaints relating to regulatory change responses and provide analysis and reporting

  • Support the continuous improvement to regulatory change processes procedures and systems

  • Coordinate and manage responses to regulator information requests

Requirements:

  • Minimum 35 years experience in a compliance function

  • Experience in regulatory change management within Australian financial services or wealth management

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for IDPS/MIS MDAs Wraps/Platforms and Superannuation products

  • Experience with the regulation of superannuation and financial product advice

  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to ASXlisted and financial services entities

  • Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across the HUB24 Group

  • Strong influencing and persuasive communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail
