Job Summary

Act as the creative lead for new event projects managing the development of creative concepts from initial briefing through to final execution.

Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualisations of event spaces structures and installations.

Work closely with clients internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout the design and production process.

Interpret and adhere to clients brand guidelines ensuring all creative outputs align with the approved brand identity.

Participate in client meetings and site visits with the events team to gather requirements develop creative concepts and produce detailed 3D designs and measurements for fabrication.

Conceptualise and design event interiors in accordance with the client-approved creative direction.

Deliver design briefs efficiently and realistically within agreed project scope timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with team members on ideation including mood boards mock-ups and digital concepts translating ideas into practical and visually impactful solutions.

Undertake additional duties and ad-hoc assignments as required by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior design role such as Senior Designer or 3D Designer or an equivalent creative position.

A strong portfolio showcasing advanced design skills including technical drawings and 3D visualisations.

Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays to meet project demands.

Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in English.

A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional high-quality results.

Strong attention to detail creativity and a keen aesthetic sensibility.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards under tight deadlines.

Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally for project-related assignments.
