Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound sales leads for software products
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Conduct product demos via calls or video meetings
Follow up on leads and maintain strong sales pipelines
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Update CRM with accurate customer and lead data
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams
Requirements
Inside Sales / Telesales / IT Sales experience
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of Software / SaaS / IT services sales
Lead generation & lead conversion
CRM tools (Zoho CRM Salesforce HubSpot preferred)
Email & phone-based sales pitching
Customer relationship management
Ability to meet targets & work in a fast-paced environment
