MDSearch is seeking a General Practitioner with a focused practice in Dermatology to join a medical aesthetic clinic in Newmarket Ontario.
In this role you will provide medical dermatology consultations and procedures including management of acne rosacea and benign lesions as well as perform biopsies and cryotherapy. You will also deliver cosmetic injectable treatments such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Experience with energy-based devices (laser RF body contouring) is a strong asset.
You will work in a hybrid medicalaesthetic environment alongside a Clinic Director Medical Director an experienced nurse injector (0.4 FTE two days per week with energy-based device experience) a medical aesthetician and a patient coordinator. The clinic operates within an innovative close-knit and supportive culture with an open democratic leadership style.
This role is open to a physician stepping into leadership and growing within the clinics structure. Mentorship is available and a structured onboarding plan with the Clinic Director and marketing team supports practice development.
Schedule: Minimum 1 day per week (any day except Wednesday).
Required Qualifications:
- GP with focused practice in Dermatology
- Active CPSO license in good standing (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 2 years of injecting experience
- Competency in dermatologic assessments minor procedures and cosmetic injectables
Ideal Candidate:
- Clinically competent and confident in core dermatologic procedures and injectables
- Patient-centric commercially aware and ethically grounded
- Comfortable balancing clinical judgment with aesthetic outcomes
- Able to build long-term patient relationships and collaborate effectively with nurse injectors and clinic leadership
- Motivated to grow within a reputable brand-driven clinic
Compensation:
Commission-based model
- High-end earning potential: up to $250000 annually with up to $300000 for top performers
- MRTP incentive for cross-sales
