This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Team Trainer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced world of personal injury law firms and has a passion for developing high-performing case management teams.
The Team Trainer will be responsible for onboarding new hires improving staff performance maintaining training systems and ensuring consistency in client care and case handling across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Train and onboard new staff members (case managers legal assistants medical records staff etc.)
Develop and update training materials SOPs and workflow guides
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance check-ins
Ensure team compliance with firm processes deadlines and client communication standards
Support staff with Case Management Software training (Casepeer experience preferred)
Collaborate with leadership to identify gaps and improve operational efficiency
Lead refresher trainings and continuing education for existing team members
Monitor quality control in file handling documentation and injury treatment tracking

Requirements
Qualifications
3 years of experience in personal injury law (case management or similar role)
Prior experience training or mentoring legal staff strongly preferred
Deep understanding of PI case flow: intake through settlement
Strong communication and leadership skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training priorities
Comfortable with technology and case management platforms
Passion for building confident capable teams
Required Skills:
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of personal injury case management experience Bilingual (must speak and write fluent English; second language required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working with international clients strongly preferred Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines Highly organized with strong attention to detail
