Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to contribute to a team-oriented and collaborative environment within a rapidly expanding organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial lines accounts providing exceptional service and driving new business growth.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $48000 - $52000 annually
- Commission Structure:
- Option 1: 20% commission on all new business in addition to base salary
- Option 2: 40% commission on new business and 20% commission on renewals (commission earned after meeting salary threshold)

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts acting as a generalist across various industries.
- Handle end-to-end servicing of accounts including quoting new and renewal business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property and Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial lines insurance; 2-5 years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Driven and self-motivated
- Strong team player
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Get the job done attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
