We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Membership Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our club. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment enjoys interacting with people and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests.
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour/BOE
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including registering members for events and assisting in registration process ensuring Member website is up to date maintaining records and handling general office duties.
Assist in the setting up and execution of club events ensuring smooth operations and outstanding experience for members and guests.
Serve as liaison between departments to facilitate seamless coordination of club activities special events and member services.
Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism responding to inquiries and providing information about club amenities programs and events.
Maintain a well-organized workspace and contribute to a positive team-oriented atmosphere.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
3 5 years experience in administrative roles hospitality and event coordination preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
A team-player mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
