CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS TEAM LEAD – IGNITIS SELF-SERVICE (FMD)

We are currently looking for Team Manager you will lead a diverse talented team responsible for developing and maintaining Ignitis self-service platform and customer-facing digital solution. Your team will include analysts quality assurance specialists software developers and a delivery managerall working together to enhance customer experience through innovation and reliability.

You will play a key role in aligning business goals with technological delivery ensuring smooth operations clear priorities and efficient collaboration across departments.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:  

• Leading mentoring and inspiring a multidisciplinary team (developers QAs analysts and delivery manager)
• Ensuring delivery of high-quality self-service digital solutions that meet customer and business needs
• Collaborating closely with Product Owners IT leadership and other stakeholders to define priorities and roadmap
• Fostering an environment of innovation ownership and continuous improvement
• Overseeing budget resource planning and performance tracking for the team
• Promoting agile working practices and cross-functional collaboration
• Driving adoption of best practices in software development and quality assurance.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in leading software development or product delivery teams
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and customer-centric solution delivery
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
• Technical literacy and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on problem-solving skills
• Curiosity and commitment to improving digital customer experience.
