Benugo Barista Victoria & Albert Museum

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join the team at the prestigious V&A Museum Members Room.

12.21 per hour Tronc
Full-time position

About the Barista role:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare coffee with skill and attention to detail
• Interact with customers take orders and serve drinks
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and ensure the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
• Ensure that safety standards are followed at all times
• Able to work weekends and late evening shifts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications :

Previous experience preparing and serving drinks is essential as well as a smile dedication to exceeding customer expectations and being a great team player. Bespoke training will be provided.

Additional Information :

Ours cafes and restaurant at V&A has a mix of brasserie style food freshly made sandwiches wraps and salads.

We are predominantly day time shifts meaning we offer one of the best work-life balance in hospitality. You will be responsible for taking orders making coffees running food and looking after sections.

• You are passionate and articulate about food and beverage
• Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
• Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times
• General cleaning duties and general tasks across the site

We are looking for experience in customer service full training will be provided. However a smile dedication to exceeding customer expectations and being a great team player are essential.
