Job Summary
This 15 year programme is designed to set you up for longterm success. Youll work handson with advanced mechanical and electronic systems support real customer projects and gain the skills needed to step confidently into a Field Service Engineer role after completion.
The programme includes rotation through different departments in our current structure: Field Service Operations Service Workshop Inside Sales/Contracts Logistics and training in Falun Sweden one of Rotorks factories;
Throughout the 15 year programme you will work on an array of different products within Rotorks portfolio including communications control and instrumentation and actuation products enabling you to learn the skills mindset and confidence to become an Electro/Mechanical Engineer.

Qualifications :
- VG2 or VG3 in Automation (preferably VG3)
- Good schoolleaving certificate
- Curiosity for technology electronics and mechanics
- Practical skills and reliability
- Basic maths and physics knowledge
- Willingness to travel including internationally
