REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 8 years
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM with strong focus on Workday Studio integrations.
- Proven experience in Workday integration development and support.
- Strong functional knowledge of Workday modules including :Core HCM Compensation Payroll Recruiting and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Employee Management System Learning Management System (LMS).
- Experience with Workday security configuration and profiles.
- Solid understanding of business process framework (BPF).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams
- Experience working within ITSM frameworks.
- Workday certification is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design develop implement and support Workday HCM integrations with internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders partners and internal IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
- Develop and support Workday integrations including: EIBs (Inbound Outbound User Template Fill-in Mass Uploads) Core Connectors and Benefits Connectors PECI Workday Studio Integrations
- Document Transformation.
- Configure and support Workday Business Process Framework.
- Provide ongoing support for existing functional configurations and integrations.
- Develop and maintain Workday Reports and BIRT reports.
- Upload and manage Workday content such as questionnaires onboarding and learning content.
- Support functional areas including Core HCM Compensation Payroll Recruiting/ATS Employee Management and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Ensure integrations and configurations comply with Workday security profiles and domain policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and functional issues.
- Follow ITSM processes for incident change and problem management.
- Participate in Workday release management regression testing and system upgrades.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
