REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 4 years
- Strong experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on experience in Workday configuration and maintenance.
- Strong functional expertise across multiple Workday HCM modules.
- Experience with Workday reporting and BIRT.
- Solid understanding of HR business processes and integrations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure maintain and support Workday HCM modules including Talent & Performance Core HR Time & Absence Compensation Advanced Compensation Payroll Staffing and BIRT/Reporting.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday HCM functional solutions.
- Ensure Workday HCM configurations align with business processes and organizational objectives.
- Perform system configuration testing deployment and post-production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM especially Talent and Performance modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR Payroll Finance and IT.
- Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation such as design documents test scripts and user guides.
- Ensure Workday HCM solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay current with Workday releases new features and industry best practices.
- Communicate technical and functional concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
- Support and participate in Agile project delivery and sprint activities.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
