Job Summary

The Data & Insights function plays a strategic and technical role in transforming data into actionable business insights. Key responsibilities include: 

  • Development of business indicators to support decision-making processes. 
  • Design and implementation of machine learning models to aid decision-making as well as to create opportunities and new products integrated with our AI platform. 
  • Supporting the AI and ML teams in building the MLOps platform by testing solutions and contributing requirements. 
  • Leading technical initiatives within analytics projects acting as a technical reference point to resolve challenges and support the team throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Actively engaging in discussions on the evolution of the data domain proposing new methodologies tools and innovative projects to address the challenges faced by internal stakeholders. 
  • Carry out ad hoc studies using our data to support business teams 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. 


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD OR 8 years of relevant work experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD OR 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Expertise in SQL for large-scale data manipulation and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python focused on data analysis and model development.
  • Advanced experience with Databricks including notebooks.
  • Experience with Git for code versioning and team collaboration.
  • Expertise in BI and data modeling with the ability to structure data for visualizations and strategic analyses.
  • Experience working in environments with high data volume and performance requirements.
  • Experience with modern data architecture (Data Lakehouse medallion architecture). Experience in statistical modeling including linear regression logistic regression clustering and related methods.
  • Proficiency in Prompt Engineering techniques.
