Job Summary
A fast-growing digital services company is seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Specialist to join its product and design team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and proven experience in researching designing and optimizing intuitive high-impact digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

What Youll Do
Design intuitive user-centric interfaces for web and mobile products that elevate the overall user experience.
Create wireframes user flows prototypes and polished high-fidelity designs that communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
Work closely with the product team and developers to ensure smooth collaborative execution from concept to launch.
Conduct and interpret user research and usability testing to inform smart data-backed design decisions.
Participate in design reviews and iterate quickly based on feedback always striving for excellence.
Ensure accurate and high-quality implementation by partnering with developers throughout the build process.
Stay ahead of emerging UI/UX trends tools and best practices and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Contribute to and maintain a cohesive scalable design system used across products.
Follow established quality and design standards to deliver consistent thoughtful experiences.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Design HCI or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
2 - 4 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
Proven experience in building optimized UI/UX designs for websites web apps and mobile apps. Experience designing paid and/or subscription products will be considered a plus.
Strong proficiency in Figma (experience with Sketch or Adobe XD is a plus).
Solid understanding of user-centered design responsive design and accessibility best practices.
Experience conducting user research usability studies and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale.
Comfortable working in an agile fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Excellent command of English both written and verbal; additional languages are an advantage.
Remuneration Package:
Competitive monthly fixed salary.
