Job Summary
Job Summary:
Responsible for supply planning and inventory/data analysis and feed the required information for global procurement team to support production. Function responsible including operational process improvements KPIs tracking and inventory guideline establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Supply Plan for all brands (Columbia Mountain Hardwear Sorel)
- Execute buying to fulfill demand at right time and right place
- Maintain product flow plan collaborating Global Supply Planning team (GSP)
- Publish monthly FOB Update
- Act as a Liaison between GSP and regional DP for delivery related questions (late deliveries no supply expediting etc.)
- Communicate and provide high level visibility on seasonal deliveries to cross-functional partners
- Analysis information and recommendation for decision making
- Develop Inventory forecast with revenue forecast buy plan and factory outlet channels inventory forecast
- Continuously analyze and provide visibility on the current business status and make recommendation on inventory improvement and decision making
- Drive improvements by analyzing and tracking supply chain KPIs and recommending the planning procedures
- Build key accounts sales plan by SKU based on order booking and store inventory
