Job Summary
Our client a leading player in the industrial manufacturing sector located in Obour City is seeking a highly technical and leadership-oriented Production Engineer specializing in Aluminum Tubes. This role is critical for driving operational efficiency managing large-scale production teams and maintaining high-quality manufacturing standards.
Core Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Team Management

Team Oversight: Manage machine supervisors and production teams while allocating tasks and monitoring performance to ensure objectives are met.

Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between Quality IPC Warehouse Maintenance and HR to facilitate smooth daily operations.

Training & Mentorship: Partner with the Production Manager to plan and organize comprehensive team training sessions.
Production Strategy & Optimization

Efficiency Mapping: Develop and improve manufacturing methods labor utilization standards and detailed cost analyses.

Planning & Scheduling: Plan production sequences and review manufacturing procedures orders and schedules.

Data-Driven Decisions: Apply statistical and analytical methods to establish production standards and determine staffing needs.
Quality & Delivery

KPI Management: Drive improvements in productivity and cost efficiency while reducing downtime and meeting quality objectives.

Strategic Compliance: Ensure the on-time delivery of final products according to the production plan.

Design Impact: Estimate production costs and assess the impact of design changes on the manufacturing process.
Qualifications & Profile

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.

Industry Expertise: 510 years of experience specifically within the aluminum tubes industry.

Technical Proficiency: Strong background in aluminum tubes production and hands-on knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation.

Supply Chain Knowledge: Familiarity with suppliers for production line accessories.
Working Conditions & Logistics

Location: Based in Obour City.

Commuter Note: Candidates should preferably reside near Obour; please note that transportation is not provided to Tagamoa Nasr City or Giza.
