We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:

Provide care for adolescent adult and geriatric perioperative patients and their families.
Evaluate patients responses to care based on effectiveness of nursing interventions/actions in relationship to established goals.

Qualifications

Associates Degree in Nursing Required
Bachelors Degree in Nursing Preferred

Work Experience

6 months of current surgical general care or emergency department experience Required
2 years of current independent PACU critical care or ICU experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
CPR certification Upon Hire Required
ACLS certification Preferred
PALS certification Preferred
