Their Cape Town-based team plays a vital role in delivering seamless compliant and high-volume tenancy administration. With a focus on professionalism efficiency and customer service they are expanding their South African operations and offering strong growth potential for experienced UK lettings professionals.
The Role: Tenancy Progressor / Lettings Administrator
This role supports the full tenancy progression process from offer accepted through to move-in. Youll liaise with UK-based negotiators landlords tenants and third-party providers to ensure a smooth and compliant tenancy start. With access to systems like Reapit and Goodlord youll be responsible for managing contracts compliance documentation and move-in coordination across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 2 years experience in UK residential lettings or property administration
- Manage tenancy progression from offer agreed to move-in across six UK branches
- Liaise with tenants landlords referencing providers and suppliers
- Prepare and issue tenancy agreements and all pre-tenancy documentation
- Register deposits and issue prescribed information within statutory timelines
- Ensure compliance with UK lettings regulations (Right to Rent EPC Gas EICR How to Rent etc.)
- Coordinate payments move-in dates inventories and check-ins/check-outs
- Maintain accurate records using Reapit and process documentation via Goodlord
- Provide excellent customer service and regular updates to all stakeholders
About You
- 2 years of UK lettings administration or tenancy progression experience
- Strong knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance
- Able to manage high-volume workloads across multiple branches
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Confident using CRM systems (e.g. Reapit) and Microsoft Office
- Professional reliable and calm under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication with a clear neutral/UK English accent
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable working UK hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am 5:00 pm
- Open to hybrid working once local office is established
