We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team. This is a fully remote position within Portugal open to candidates based anywhere in the country.

No visa sponsorship provided EU ID or valid Portuguese work permit is required

Your Role

Provide customer support via phone email and chat
Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service
Work in line with company procedures and service standards

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00
Days off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary & Compensation

Base salary: 1500 gross 14 months
Bonus: 80 11 months

Requirements

C2 or C1 level of Danish
Good command of English for internal communication
Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
Must be based in Portugal
EU ID or valid Portuguese work permit is required
