Job Summary
About the Role
Responsible for designing managing and overseeing plumbing and drainage (P&D) systems for large-scale building projects ensuring compliance with standards quality and project requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design and manage plumbing drainage water supply and sanitary systems
- Lead and supervise technicians and contractors for P&D works
- Prepare drawings technical specifications and documentation
- Coordinate with consultants contractors and authorities for compliance
- Oversee installation testing commissioning and maintenance of P&D systems
- Monitor project timeline budget and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years experience in P&D system design and project management
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes health safety and regulations
- Good leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Disciplined punctual and able to plan work effectively
