Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate project data from consultants contractors and internal PMC teams.
- Prepare weekly monthly and ad-hoc project reports dashboards and presentations.
- Track project progress against approved baselines for schedule cost and milestones.
- Support preparation and updating of project KPIs progress curves and performance indicators.
- Assist in monitoring risks issues and mitigation actions for inclusion in reports.
- Coordinate with planning cost control and technical teams to validate reported data.
- Maintain reporting templates logs and document control for project reporting.
- Support progress meetings by preparing reports minutes and action trackers.
- Highlight deviations trends and potential risks in a clear and structured manner.
- Ensure consistency of reporting formats and compliance with Client reporting requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Construction Management or related discipline.
- 10 years of experience in project reporting planning or project controls on infrastructure or railway projects.
- Strong understanding of project controls progress measurement and reporting processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word; experience with reporting dashboards is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6 and Power BI is required
- Strong analytical coordination and communication skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
