Role Purpose
The Membership Systems and Professional Accreditation Expert will assess reform and enhance professional membership licensing or accreditation systems to improve regulatory effectiveness efficiency and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
Assess existing membership licensing or professional accreditation frameworks and processes.
Identify structural and operational challenges related to eligibility criteria experience-hour requirements classification mechanisms and procedural efficiency.
Conduct analytical case-based assessments of current practices and comparable models.
Translate findings into practical implementable recommendations aligned with regulatory objectives.
Support reform initiatives by ensuring clarity fairness and operational feasibility of proposed changes.
Engage with stakeholders conduct workshops and review Arabic-language regulatory and procedural documentation.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in assessing or reforming membership licensing or professional accreditation systems.
Strong understanding of common challenges in professional membership and accreditation frameworks.
Ability to structure rigorous analytical assessments and develop actionable recommendations.
Solid understanding of the Saudi regulatory and legislative environment relevant to professional bodies is preferred.
Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written).
Prior experience working within a Saudi professional or regulatory authority is strongly preferred (e.g. SOCPA SBA or similar).
