Job Summary

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Parker Bingham. As the Accounts Payable Specialist you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments.

Job Responsibilities:

Process invoices and expense reports in an accurate and timely manner
Reconcile payments and resolve any discrepancies with vendors
Maintain vendor relationships and handle inquiries
Prepare and process payments through various methods
Assist with month-end close activities and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounts payable or related role
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable
Experience in a retail or boutique environment is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: $65000 - $110000 per year
