Job Summary
In this role you will impact the organization by utilizing data-driven insights to optimize HR processes enhance employee engagement and support workforce planning. Your analytical skills will help identify trends and patterns that inform strategic HR decisions and initiatives.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design develop and deploy OTBI reports and dashboards
- Conduct Voice of Customer surveys to serve as guidance for reporting and improve utilization/adoption rates
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on workforce trends talent acquisition retention employee engagement and performance
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across HR systems and reporting platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance IT and HR to align people data with business outcomes
- Stay current on HR analytics trends tools and best practices to continuously elevate the function
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years of transferrable experience
- 2-4 years of Oracle OTBI experience
- Demonstrated SQL proficiency
- Proven track record of success in sales analytics or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Ability to lead and inspire a team
- Bachelors degree in Business Statistics or a related field
- Masters degree or MBA preferred
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Innovative and eager to learn
