ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design develop and deploy OTBI reports and dashboards
- Conduct Voice of Customer surveys to serve as guidance for reporting and improve utilization/adoption rates
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on workforce trends talent acquisition retention employee engagement and performance
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across HR systems and reporting platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance IT and HR to align people data with business outcomes
- Stay current on HR analytics trends tools and best practices to continuously elevate the function
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years of transferrable experience
- 2-4 years of Oracle OTBI experience
- Demonstrated SQL proficiency
- Proven track record of success in sales analytics or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Ability to lead and inspire a team
