Expert in commercial property but ready to do it on your terms
Youre an experienced Commercial Property Agent Surveyor or Valuer. You know how to win instructions skilfully negotiate offers and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings daily office commute and building someone elses business.

Earnings:
You will earn 70% of the fee on every completed sale.
Typical fees range from 6000 to 10000 per property.
Complete two commercial sales per month and earn a gross income of 100000 in your first year.
