Job Summary

One Click LCA is a sustainability SaaS company helping the construction and manufacturing industries measure manage and reduce their environmental impact. Our platform supports Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and decarbonization reporting across the built environment and product supply chains.

We are hiring an SDR Team Lead to build a predictable pipeline engine across our global Business Development organisation. You will manage a team of 7 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) currently supporting our regional Business Development teams with inbound and outbound pipeline generation. This is a hands-on leadership role: coaching operating cadence tooling and performance management with a clear focus on measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

This full-time permanent position is remote (Europe preferred). You will report to the VP Global Business Development and work closely with Regional Team Leads Sales Directors Marketing Sales Enablement and SalesOps.

Primary success metrics

  • Pipeline generated (qualified pipeline created by SDRs by region and globally).

  • ARR influenced by SDR activity (sourced and influenced contribution aligned to our attribution model).

  • Conversion rate from MQLs to qualified opportunities (speed to follow-up contact rate meeting-to-qualified conversion).

  • Pipeline coverage contribution for next-quarter targets (early-stage pipeline creation against agreed coverage ratios).

What you will do:

  • Lead coach and performance-manage a global SDR team (currently 7 SDRs) including hiring onboarding and career development.

  • Run the SDR operating cadence: weekly scorecards activity and quality standards call coaching deal/meeting quality reviews and continuous improvement.

  • Own the inbound motion in partnership with Marketing: MQL follow-up SLAs prioritization lead routing conversion reporting and feedback loops to improve lead quality.

  • Own the outbound motion in partnership with Regional Team Leads and Sales Directors: target account selection segmentation sequences messaging and multichannel execution.

  • Standardize and enforce the SDR BDM handover process: qualification criteria required fields/notes in SFDC meeting outcomes and stage discipline.

  • Build and maintain reporting and visibility in SFDC: pipeline created ARR influence conversion rates pipeline coverage and forecast inputs for the BD leadership team.

  • Drive tooling and data quality: list building enrichment and account coverage (in collaboration with RevOps) ensuring SDRs have high-quality accounts and contacts to work.

  • Collaborate with Enablement on onboarding playbooks and training (cold calling objection handling Challenger-style messaging and industry positioning).

What you bring:

  • Proven experience leading SDR/BDR teams in B2B SaaS (typically 3 years in a people-lead role) with clear evidence of improving pipeline output and conversion.

  • Strong coaching capability: call coaching messaging objection handling and creating accountability through measurable standards.

  • Deep comfort with funnel metrics and operating rhythms: activity meetings qualified pipeline ARR influence; ability to diagnose and fix conversion bottlenecks.

  • Hands-on expertise with CRM and outbound tooling (Salesforce is required; experience with data providers and engagement tools is a plus).

  • Ability to align stakeholders across regions and functions (Marketing RevOps Sales Enablement Regional Sales leadership) and drive consistent execution without bureaucracy.

  • Clear direct and structured communication; high personal ownership and a get it done execution style.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages such as German French or Spanish are beneficial given our global footprint).
