Your missions

As Team Leader - Account Receivable/ Debt Collection Management you will :

  • Lead and supervise a customer service and receivables management team

  • Oversee the processing and monitoring of customer complaints

  • Coach motivate and develop team members

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as IT Accounting and Legal teams

  • Prepare regular reports and analyses on receivables arrears and payment defaults

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize receivables management processes
