Your missions
As Team Leader - Account Receivable/ Debt Collection Management you will :
Lead and supervise a customer service and receivables management team
Oversee the processing and monitoring of customer complaints
Coach motivate and develop team members
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as IT Accounting and Legal teams
Prepare regular reports and analyses on receivables arrears and payment defaults
Develop and implement strategies to optimize receivables management processes
